​Made-to-Order 

All made-to-order items are final sale and non-refundable. As these products are custom-created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you have any questions regarding sizing, please reach out to studio@bellawynne.com.
 

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or repair. All shipping will be covered by the customer.

Order Cancellations

Orders for made-to-order items can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins, and the order cannot be canceled.
